The Tree

This tree has something for every age, from 1 to....well, I know Grandpa has enjoyed more than one nap in it's shade.
I love this tree.
I love seeing my kids (and neices and nephews) playing on it the same way I did when I was their age. Maybe one day they can lay in it's shade and take pictures of their kids......

The gloves are off!

Summer is officially here, and it's all business. This was a water fight at Spencer and Megan's and if you can't tell from the picture it was pretty intense. It was the little guys against the teenagers. Despite some brilliant scheming and hording of water balloons the teenagers were winning until the adults snuck up from the rear and attacked from across the fence, giving the little guys a chance to regroup, until the teenagers stole all their ammo....except for Kaylie's, still wondering where her stash was hid.
